Pam David is a Can-Fit Pro certified Fitness Instructor Specialist and a mother of two girls, ages 3 and 4. She has been active all her life and two years ago began teaching for Monica and Fitmom Calgary out of Lake Bonavista, McKenzie Towne and Fish Creek Park. Pam is eager to expand programs in Calgary North and in the deep South.

Fitmom Calgary began in Calgary approximately 5 years ago by Monica Cooke. Monica has thoroughly enjoyed her time as owner; and working in the fitness industry with new mothers has been very rewarding for her. Although she has stepped out of her role as owner, she is still committed to Fitmom and will continue to teach for Fitmom Calgary West.

INDOOR PROGRAM REGISTRATION BEGINS TUESDAY, AUGUST 3rd.

FITMOM is excited to announce programs in Oakridge and Evergreen this September! Visit the website in August for more details!

FITMOM STROLLER CLASSES will be OUTDOORS until  end of September! 

Can't commit to a 12 week class? FITMOM offers 8 week classes over the summer.  You are able to take advantage of this 8 week block of classes when you register between April 1 - August 1, 2010.

Registration is on-going which allows you to register and start your block of classes whenever works best for you.
