FITMOM2Be/PreYoga

This class is perfectly suited for all moms2be! It is is the perfect balance of muscle conditioning to develop strong, stable muscles to support your changing body and Yoga postures that stretch and strengthen your body for birth.  

FITMOM+Baby: 

The most popular FITMOM indoor class. Shape and sculpt your body using your baby as added weight resistance. Each class is a full body workout designed to improve your core strength, burn fat and build muscle. You can expect to see longer, leaner arms, toned and shapely legs and smaller waistlines. Babies are incorporated throughout the class. Exercise without the guilt, meet other women in your community and have fun. 

FITMOM+Baby Bootcamp

This high energy class will kick your butt!  A combination of intervals, circuits, plyometrics, strength training and great music delivered in signature FITMOM style.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

RockamamaLullaby

A 30 minute Rock Infused Bootcamp Workout designed to teach limited time, results based fitness. Followed by 30 minutes of infant development and stimulation and relaxation for both mom and baby. Learn Yoga Postures to destress, connect and soothe baby as well as exercises, rhymes and songs designed to support your baby's development throughout their first year.  This class is open to all moms and babies 6weeks+.

 FITMOM Strollerstrength

An hour long circuit program designed to keep baby happy with lots of movement and mom strong with a mix of cardio & resistance training to help you lose weight and gain strength. All fitness levels are provided with our signature teaching style that accommodates the most advanced to beginner fitness level and everyone in between

FITWOMAN Outdoor Bootcamp

is a high intensity workout for women who want to exercise without their little ones. This program is designed to maximize metabolism by combining various strength and cardiovascular training techniques. Join us for bootcamp &athletic training inspired moves that will trim your waistline and tone your body. Modifications are always provided to ensure each FITMOM member works to her own fitness level.

Lamaze Classes:

The purpose of most childbirth classes isn’t to “teach” women how to birth, it’s to increase the confidence of both the women and their support person that birth is a normal, natural process. Furthermore, it informs expectant parents about current research on various topics so they can make their own decisions. Private & Semi Private FITMOM Coaching sessions are available in the comfort of your home!  Whether you are starting a new exercise regime, you want to take your fitness to the next level or are looking for some fun, new ways to spice up your workout; a one-one session may be just what you need.  All private sessions are customized to help you successfully achieve your fitness goals. Call or email me to inquire about fees and packages.

YogaVibe For Birth

New session dates will be offered in 2012 stay tuned!

This is a specialty workshop suitable for expectant couples.  In this series you will learn postures that facilitate the process of labour and promote relaxation through touch and closeness. This workshop will also help partners learn supportive strategies that help minimize the pain and discomfort of labour. Topics covered will be:
  • Six 1 hour Yoga classes 
  • Breathing and relaxation
  • Partner massage & Comfort Measures for birth
  • Stages of labor and delivery
160+tax/couple.  A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your spot.  Register early to avoid dissapointment.
