Randi-Lee Loshack is certified by CanFitPro as a personal trainer. She also has a BSc and a BEd from the University of Saskatchewan. Randi-Lee welcomed her first child, Eastan, in October 2007. Early on in the pregnancy she developed pubic symphysis and was unable to remain physically active during the pregnancy. As a result she gained over 50 pounds. When she was ready to be active again she looked for a fitness class geared toward Mom’s and babies. She also wanted the class to be challenging and results based. She found that Saskatoon didn’t have a lot of choice in postnatal fitness. So she began looking for a safe and effective program to bring to Saskatoon. She found what she was looking for in FITMOM. FITMOM suits all fitness levels from beginner to athlete. FITMOM Saskatoon also offers prenatal classes geared toward moms who are wanting to stay healthy during their pregnancy.
Now at the end of her second pregnancy, she is feeling fit and fabulous! A lot of her first pregnancy discomforts did not reoccur with this pregnancy and she was able to run up until her 38th week. She completed the 5 km at the Bridge City Boogie one day shy of turning 37 weeks. She firmly believes the differences in the pregnancies are attributed to the changes in her body composition and overall increase in fitness from the FITMOM workouts.
Randi-Lee is excited to be offering FITMOM classes to the moms of Saskatoon. Please come out and try your first class at no charge!

Winter classes are now up and running! Come on out and try a class at no charge. Please call or email to let me know that you are planning on attending at the email or phone number below. Remember all classes run continuously so that means you can start at any time.
Stroller Fitness is coming in May! The day of the week will be Wednesdays so stay tuned for more information.
